House Rules
A few simple guidelines for a smooth stay
Early check-in and late check-out available based on availability. Our caretaker Mr. Sagar will assist with a smooth handover.
No drinking or smoking inside the pool ā it damages the water quality and may cause algae buildup.
Full-fledged cooking is not allowed at the property. Caretaker can arrange food delivery from nearby restaurants.
Please don't park in common areas of the gated community as it may block other residents' paths.
Please use dustbins for ash and bottles. Any damage or misbehaviour after drinking may result in being asked to leave.
Extra visitors beyond the booked number are not allowed. Special permission may be granted on request. Overnight visitors are not permitted.
A minimum fine of ā¹2,500 or actual repair cost (whichever is higher) will be levied for damages. CCTV cameras are installed outside the property for safety.
Do not trespass into neighbouring properties. Respect the community guidelines at all times.

Search "Villa Montana highway exit" on Google Maps. Look for the "Villa Montana" board and a small hotel named "Mauli Krupa Hotel" at the highway exit.
Take the exit and follow the uphill route for about 5ā7 minutes. You'll pass through the beautiful Vanvadi Forest before reaching the Villa Montana main gate. Aarush Villa is Villa No. 8A inside the community.
